What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site, I collect what you type: usually your name, email address, phone number, a property address, and your message. The site may also collect standard technical information such as your browser type and pages visited.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser, device and pages visited; it does not receive what you type into forms. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies in your browser. How I use it

To respond to your inquiry, to send you the information you asked for (such as a home valuation), and to stay in touch about real estate services. If you gave consent to text messages, I may text you about your inquiry and related services.

Text messages

By checking the consent box on a form and giving your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS messages from me. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS Terms and Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at josh@erealtyadvisors.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Sharing

I use a customer relationship management system and email and texting tools to manage inquiries; those providers process your information on my behalf. I do not sell your personal information. I may share information with my brokerage, eRealty Advisors, Inc., as required for a real estate transaction, and with lenders, attorneys or others only at your request or with your consent.

Your choices

Reply STOP to end text messages. Click "unsubscribe" in any email to end emails. Email me at josh@erealtyadvisors.com to ask what information I hold about you or to have it deleted.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

I may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change when I do.
